Print Post (6-month subscription)

Print Post (6-month subscription)

An art mail club & monthly analog ritual

This is a 6-month subscription to Print Post. You pay for 5 months up front and receive one month free! This makes a great gift for a loved one who appreciates art and creativity.

This project's goal is to create a quiet offline ritual for connection, creativity, and care through monthly art deliveries via snail mail. I hope being a member of Print Post will feel like receiving a care package from a friend, and bring you a pocket of calm and inspiration you can count on every single month.

Each delivery includes:

✹ 1 hand-signed postcard-sized (A5) fine art print on high quality paper
✹ A personal note from me sharing the inspiration and process behind the work
✹ A monthly lottery — one member receives that month's original drawing (starting in December)
✹ A creative, reflection task related to the artwork, for journaling or drawing
✹ Thoughtfully designed packaging
✹ Occasional special surprise items

FAQs

Print Post

When will my letter ship?

Print Post shipments are sent on the last business day of each calendar month. To receive that month's delivery, you must sign up by the 20th of the month. If you sign up after the 20th, your first letter will ship at the end of the following month.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Print Post is sent via standard letter post (untracked) from Sweden on the last business day of each month. Delivery times vary by location, but within EU it should take around 1 week. Letters typically arrive within 2-4 weeks internationally, depending on where you live. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please reach out via email at ludi@ludileiva.com

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details, and pause your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - ludi@ludileiva.com

Please note, if you have purchased a 6-month subscription, you will not have a Customer Portal. Please email me instead if you need to make any changes.

When is Print Post billed each month?

Print Post is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up for the monthly membership plan (this does not apply to 6-month subscription). So if you sign up on the 10th of June, you'll be billed on the 10th of July and the 10th of August, etc!

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you just need to make sure to do so before your next billing cycle.

Will I be charged duties or import taxes?

Letters sent via standard international letter post are generally not subject to import taxes or customs duties. Please reach out to your local authority if you're feeling unsure.

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

Print Post subscriptions consist of sealed prints delivered monthly. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, once you open the sealed packaging, the print cannot be returned. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future shipments, but prints that have already been shipped and opened are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery (General)

The following information does not apply to Print Post.

When will I receive my order?

I ship worldwide from my studio in Stockholm, Sweden. I wrap all original artworks and custom orders myself with lots of care and attention so please allow up to 5 days for preparation before courier hand-off. Usually, it will be quicker than this, but it can sometimes take me a bit longer. If you are in a hurry, please reach out to me before placing your order, I may be able to dispatch it sooner! You'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way. I appreciate your patience!

Limited edition prints are made to order and shipped by my printing partners (UK, US, or Germany — depending on your location). Given our current geopolitical reality and shifting economic landscape, shipping times may vary. But here are some rough estimates:

Sweden & EU: 2–7* business days after dispatch

International: 7–21* business days after dispatch, depending on customs

Is my order tracked?

Tracking is always provided. For more detailed information about shipping, please visit the Shipping Policy page in the footer.

If you are local to Stockholm, I offer in-person pickups from my studio in Årsta or my home on Södermalm. This is a more environmentally friendly option that you are very welcome to choose. Please contact me first!

Taxes, tariffs & duties

Are taxes/VAT included in my order?

Taxes and VAT are calculated automatically. If you are in the EU, prices will automatically include VAT.

Will I be charged duty/import taxes on my international order?

Original artworks and numbered limited editions are exempt from import duties and tariffs in many countries. However, import regulations can vary and change, so please check current shipping information for your specific location as any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Given the ongoing changes in the United States, US customers may need to double check the latest updates, particularly changes that went into effect on August 29 2025.

Products & Process

What is the difference between a monotype and a fine art print?

A monotype is a one-of-a-kind artwork created by hand by painting or inking a plate and transferring it to paper. Each monotype is unique and cannot be exactly replicated. It’s closer to an original painting or drawing than to a traditional print.

A fine art print (like a giclée or risograph) is a limited edition reproduction of an original artwork. These are made in small batches and signed or numbered to preserve their rarity, but the image itself is reproduced, not handmade.

Postcard prints for Print Post are printed on 330-350gsm coated matte paper. Vibrant colour, smooth, strong and durable.
