Hi! Thanks for visiting my shop. These terms cover the legal stuff about using this site and buying my work. By shopping here, you're agreeing to these terms.

Who I Am

I'm Ludi Leiva, a visual artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. This shop is powered by Shopify. When you buy from me, you're buying directly from me (not Shopify).

Your Account

To shop here, you need to be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian). The information you provide—email, shipping address, payment details—must be accurate and current. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. I'll confirm your order by email once payment is processed. Please double-check your order before submitting—cancellations may not be possible once accepted.

Prices are displayed in your local currency. They include VAT for EU customers. Prices may change without notice, but you'll pay what's shown when you place your order.

Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (where available)

Shipping & Delivery

I ship from my studio in Stockholm, Sweden. Processing times vary by product type (see Shipping Information page for details). Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking.

I'm not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside my control. Once I hand your package to the carrier, the risk passes to you.

Returns & Refunds

See my full Refund Policy [LINK] for details. In summary:

  • Original artworks and commissions are final sale (they're one-of-a-kind)

  • Made-to-order commissions and prints can't be returned

  • EU customers have 14 days to return eligible items

  • Damaged items: Contact me within 7 days with photos 

Copyright & Usage

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this site belong to and are copyrighted by me. You can't reproduce, distribute, or use my work without written permission. When you buy a physical piece, you own that object, but I will always retain the copyright to the artwork itself.

What You Can't Do

Don't use this site to:

  • Do anything illegal

  • Harass anyone

  • Try to hack or break the site

  • Resell my work commercially or use without permission

  • Spam or phish

If you violate these terms, I can suspend or terminate your access.

Disclaimers

I try to show my work accurately, but colors may look different on your screen. Handmade items have natural variations—that's part of their charm, not a defect.

The site and products are provided "as is." I don't guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time, but I'll do my best to make things right if there's an issue.

Liability

I'm not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses from using this site or buying my products. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Your Responsibility

You agree to cover any legal costs or damages if your use of this site causes problems for me, Shopify, or others.

Privacy

I take your privacy seriously. Read my Privacy Policy [LINK] to see how I handle your data. Shopify also collects some information to provide services—see their privacy policy too.

Changes to These Terms

I can update these terms anytime. If I make big changes, I'll let you know. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.
