Cancellation policy

Subscriptions (Print Post)

 

When you subscribe, you'll receive monthly deliveries based on the plan you choose. Your payment method is stored securely and you'll be charged automatically each month unless you cancel.

 

 

Managing your subscription: You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription anytime through your customer portal. Look for the link in your order confirmation email, or email me at ludi@ludileiva.com and I'll help.

 

 

Cancellations: Cancel anytime before your next billing date. You won't be charged again, but you'll still receive any deliveries you've already paid for.

Pre-orders

 

 

When you pre-order, you're reserving an item that's not yet available. I may charge you in full upfront, or take a deposit now and charge the rest when it ships.

 

 

Cancelling a pre-order: You can cancel anytime before the item ships. If I've already shipped it, you can't cancel—but you may be able to return it (see Refund Policy).
