Returns & Refunds

I want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Email me at ludi@ludileiva.com to start a return. If approved, I'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: I'll cover return shipping costs and send you a prepaid label
  • All other returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs. I'll send you a link to purchase a return label.

Please don't send items back without contacting me first—I won't be able to accept them.

Damaged or Wrong Item? Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me immediately at ludi@ludileiva.com so I can make it right!

What Can't Be Returned

  • Original artworks (they're one-of-a-kind)
  • Commissions and custom orders
  • Made-to-order prints
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Print Post gift subscriptions
  • Print Post deliveries (once opened - see Print Post FAQ for details)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason—except for custom/personalized items and original artworks, which are exempt under EU law. For standard returns (change of mind), you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, I will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email me at ludi@ludileiva.com.

Exchanges I don't offer exchanges at present.
