VISUAL IDENTITY SPRINT

The sprint is an intensive visual identity overhaul designed for solo founders who are ready take things to the next level and get a new visual identity out into the world within 2 weeks. This package is meant for those who have already clarified their target audience and offerings and need help synthesizing everything into a visually compelling package.

What you get:

1-hour discovery call

We’ll kick-off with an exploration of your brand’s persona and visual DNA with a takeaway questionnaire for you to complete.
Domain creation or transfer

We’ll help you get a new domain or transfer an existing one to the new site. We’ll also provide backend support in choosing the right web platform and setting up your account.
Illustrated logo &  submarks

New or refreshed illustrated logo and two submarks that connect you with with your community and audience.
Style Guide

A 1-page style guide with two typefaces, a brand color palette, and a custom moodboard.
Squarespace or Cargo site

An up-to-4-page website built on Squarespace or Cargo (depending on your needs) that clearly communicates your brand’s unique value to your people.
Midway Check-in & Revision

A 1-hour midway check-in call to provide feedback on logo, fonts, color palette, and site design. Feedback will be incorporated into the final project deliverables. If desired, more revision rounds may be added on for an additional fee.
Site update tutorial

A 1-hour recorded meeting explaining how to update your site and answering any questions you have.

CUSTOM SITE DESIGN

This offering intended for brands with existing visual identity and brand elements.*  The process is designed to provide you with a custom-designed, bespoke website in 4-6 weeks, though timelines vary depending on project scope and number of pages.

What you get:

A custom website built on Squarespace or Cargo (depending on your needs) that clearly communicates your brand’s unique value to your people.
Revisions & Check-in calls

Depending on the scope of your site, we’ll have two 1-hour check-in calls where we discuss your thoughts on the site design. Feedback will be incorporated into the final project deliverables. If desired, more revision rounds may be added on for an additional fee.
Site update tutorial

A 1-hour recorded meeting explaining how to update your site and answering any questions you have. 
Investment

Up to 3 page website — $1,600 USD $1,300 USD
Up to 4 page website — $2,100 USD $1,800 USD
Up to 6 page website — $2,600 USD $2,300 USD

*If you do not yet have a logo or visual identity, you can purchase an Identity Foundation add-on for $1,600 $1,300 USD to receive a custom illustrated logo & one submark/lettermark and style guide (including brand colors, two open source typefaces, and a moodboard) with two rounds of revisions.

Fees do not include domain or web hosting costs, which are paid directly to the host site.

FAQ

How established does my business need to be to work with you?

If you have a vision and are ready to or have already begun operations (working with clients or customers) then we are most likely a fit! A well-designed site signals a level of professionalism and legitimacy that can benefit anyone. You know what they say—build it and they will come.

How do you incorporate client feedback?

Even with a simplified workflow, we want you to feel that you are receiving your dream products. All our projects have built in check-in calls with rounds of edits. Depending on the package you choose, you will have a certain amount of check-ins. We find that those are usually enough, but if you feel you want more revision rounds, they can be added at an additional cost.

Can you design additional assets/templates for my Instagram, newsletter, etc?

Absolutely! We can create additional templates for you at an extra cost. Please email us for a pricing list.

I am not ready for a website yet, but I do need a logo and branding so that I can step up my Instagram/newsletter game. Can I hire you for this?

Yes. We offer an Identity Foundation add-on for $1,300 which will give you a new or refreshed illustrated logo and submark that connects with your community and audience as well as a 1-page style guide with two typefaces, a color palette, and a moodboard. Please get in touch for more information.

Can you help me edit the written content for the website you’re designing?

This is not a service that is included in the design packages we currently offer. If need an extra set of eyes and would like support with your written copy, that is an additional service you can purchase as an add-on. 

I’m not based in the U.S., can I pay in another currency?

We can accept payment in USD, CAD, EUR, and SEK (the rate for currencies other than USD is based on the equivalent conversion rate on the day we sign a contract). If you use another currency outside of those listed, we can discuss your situation and try to find a solution! Please note that if you are a Swedish client, VAT will be added to the prices listed. If you are in the EU and have a valid VAT registration number, you will not be charged VAT and can report it in your own country. If you are non-VAT-registered EU client, you will also be charged Swedish VAT.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t currently offer payment plans, but it is our goal to be able to soon. We charge a 50% deposit at the start of each project with the remaining balance due within 30 days of project completion, so you’ll never be asked to pay the entire amount at one time.
